  • Omakase means “I’ll leave it up to you.” Our chefs curate a seasonal multi-course sushi dinner using the best ingredients available each day.

  • Our omakase dinner is $165 per guest. Beverage pairings are available for an additional cost.

  • Yes, we offer a sake pairing and cocktails inspired by Japanese and Mexican flavors.

  • We try our best, but we may not be able to accommodate all requests. Vegetarian and vegan menus are not available. Please email us before booking to confirm.

  • Each seating allows up to 12 guests. For larger parties or private events, email reservations@tareaustin.com.

  • Yes, we host private dinners, celebrations, and corporate events. Email us for availability.

  • We have very limited availability. Please email us to inquire.

  • Because of our very limited seating, we have a strict no-cancellation policy. All reservations are final and nonrefundable. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your reservation to another party.

  • You may request to add guests to your reservation or adjust your reservation time. We’ll try our best to accommodate your request depending on availability, but changes are not always guaranteed. Please note that our cancellation policy still applies — all reservations are final and nonrefundable.
